- Harvia M3 wood-fire heater with stones and uninsulated chimney through the wall. The heater is placed on a special floor protective pad (10 cm high).
- Window 148x60 cm on the back wall.
- Exterior painting in transparent grey color.
- The roof is covered with bitumen shingles.
- Floor in sauna room is made from untreated terrace boards with air gaps for ventilation and water drainage. Terrace boards are unpainted.
